COMPULSIVE NO MORE...
our Christian based Growth Recovery Program for compulsive and destructive behaviors is designed for your simultaneous participation with the Compulsive No More Workbook.
The Compulsive No More workbook was written and created based on Christian Principles to be used as your own personal resource guide as you work through the Program.
The workbook consists of 12 weekly sessions and includes teachings, scripture, inquiries, worksheets and activities that you will do for your own personal discovery, growth, healing and recovery.
"It is my sincere, heartfelt wish and desire for you to learn to live a life of Christian Principles, courage and love and to lead a fulfilling, successful life free from addictions and destructive behaviors." ....Scott Harris

LONG TERM GOALS...
As Changing Choices Foundation moves forward we have several long-term goals that we believe will be necessary to meet the demands and needs of those who seek growth, healing, help and recovery.
We have a vision of making available to every teenager, an informational "kid friendly" booklet addressing addictive destructive behaviors with a self-assessment "first person" questionnaire to bring awareness to those already struggling with life altering poor choice making.
What a relief it would be to so many teenagers challenged with feelings of aloneness, brokenness, feelings of fear and even depression to know that there IS help available. Yes, we understand that there are many wonderful drug and alcohol related programs already available to teens and young adults of all ages but at Changing Choices Foundation we bring new hope to those struggling with the more unaddressed addictive destructive behaviors such as cutting, bullying, obsessive Internet and video game use, overspending and shoplifting.
